Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, service choices and message you provide. A one-way hash derived from your network address is kept briefly to prevent repeated spam submissions.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used to respond, prepare a quote and take steps at your request before entering a contract. If work is agreed, information is used to provide the service and maintain necessary business records.
Who receives it?
Service providers that support our website, communications and security may process limited information on our behalf. If enabled and accepted, Google Analytics processes website usage information. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are normally deleted within 12 months. Records linked to completed work may be kept for up to seven years where required for tax, accounting, insurance or legal purposes. Form security records are removed after one hour.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and analytics
An essential session cookie protects the quote form. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics and can be declined without affecting the site.
